Using the Yugrow app

Delete your Yugrow account

If you have a Yugrow account, you can request its deletion at any time.

Delete in the app:

1. Log in to the Yugrow app

2. Tap the profile icon in the top left corner to open My Profile

3. Select ‘Account’

4. Tap ‘Delete Account’

5. Confirm when prompted

Request deletion without the app:

If you can't access the app, email help@yugrow.co from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We may ask you to verify your identity

before we proceed.

What happens when you delete your account:

Deleting your account can't be undone. It permanently removes your personal data from Yugrow. We may retain limited information where we are legally required to, or for legitimate purposes such as security, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. Any retained data is held only as long as necessary and in line with our Privacy Policy.
